Uniontown, PA - Oct. 22, 2004 - STK's Motion for Transfer Granted!

STK, L.L.C. today announced that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia transferred a lawsuit concerning an on-going legal dispute with Penda Corporation to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on October 8, 2004.

The transfer follows an earlier STK legal victory in which the U.S. District Court sanctioned Penda and its attorneys for filing a frivolous lawsuit. The Court ordered Penda's attorneys to pay STK's attorneys' fees and costs.

"Once again we are very pleased with the Federal District Court's decision," said Kent Buckingham, STK's President. "Winning an award of sanctions is proof positive that Penda has acted in an unfair, inappropriate, and unethical manner in carrying out this lawsuit."
